Dear Devotees,
As many of us are sheltered in, we thought that getting into Hatha Yoga will help us keep our body healthy. This was produced by Yogaville. Our own Yoga Teacher, Sevika Linda Ward has been kind enough to share
and give us permission to share with all our devotees. While some of the poses can be learnt from this, a teacher is essential to ensure that our poses are correct.
