Dr. Harisankar, playback singer and classical musician, is the son of Sri Alleppy Sreekumar (Principal, SwathiThirunal College of Music) and grandson of Dr. K. Omanakutty (eminent musician and Founder of Sangeetha Bharathi). He received his training from these eminent musicians and (the late) Sri MG Radhakrishnan. His playback debut was at the age of 5 when he sang alongside Padmavibhushan Dr. KJ Yesudas. Later he has sung with Padmasri KS Chitra. He has performed at the Chennai Music Academy and several other venues in Kerala. He owns an independent fusion band, Pragathiband. Dr. HariSankar won the ‘Most Promising New Singer 2015 Award from Asiavision. He brings the magic of MG Radhakrishnan (Dr. Omanakutty’s brother) with the depth in Carnatic music of Prof Omanakutty.

Mahesh KrishnamoorthyIyer started learning violin under Vidwan Sri. S. Easwara Varma, professor of music, from SwathiThirunal Music Academy in Thiruvananthapuram and further training under VidwanVittal Ramamurthy and Vidwan Nagai Muralidharan. He has performed with numerous artists such as Sangeetha Kalanidhi Padma BhushanSudhaRagunathan, Madurai G.S. Mani andSankaranNamboothiri and several others. An engineer by profession, Mahesh is active as a Director at Meenakkshi Temple in Houston and he is the Founder/Director Pranavam Violin Academy which organizes several music programs through his school.
Naga SrinidhiKuruvada, 13 years old, 9th grade student in Katy, Texas,has been learning Carnatic Mridangam and Vocal since the age of five. He has been learning Mridangam from Vidwan M Vasudeva Rao and Vidwan S V Balakrishna and now from Guru Shri MannargudiEaswaran. Naga Srinidhi has participated in many competitions and given performances in Bangalore, Mysore and Houston. He has also completed the audition for children in AIR Bangalore in the year 2012.
He has won in several competitions in India (First Prize in KalaPratibothsava in 2012 conducted by Department of Kannada and Culture in Bangalore, Won prizes upto Semi-finals in NaadBhed conducted by Spic Macay in 2012, First Prize in Junior category in Madras Music Academy, Chennai in the year 2014, First Prize in Junior category in RasikaRanjana Sabha, Trichy in the year 2015 and First Prize in Nada Brahma Sangeeta Sabha, Mysore for the best accompaniment in Junior Category in 2016). He has accompanied eminent musicians including Sri SankaranNamboothiri and Sri Gouthaman PK.
Bini Nampoothiri is a passionate dancer who has been actively performing dances for the last 15 years around Austin/Central Texas area . She dances mainly for the sheer joy of dancing. It has also fulfilled her childhood dream of learning the art and being a dancer which she did after becoming a computer engineer, a wife and a mother thereby proving dreams have no age limit.She learnt Bharatnatyam from SmtMabhin Dutta from Canada, KalakshetraBabu sir and KalamandalamPremalatha from Palakkad , Smt. VinithaSubrahmanian, and from AnushaNarenda from Austin. She also got trained in Mohiniyattam from KalamandalamPremalatha and other Gurus being SmtPallavi Krishnan and SmtSunanda Nair from Austin.
She likes to choreograph and teach her close friends encouraging them to perform at events by GAMA and Tamil Sangham.Bini also ventured to learn the Kathak dance form recently. Her daughters are well versed in Bharathanatyam andOdissi dance forms.
Sruthi Mohan, passionately involved in the promotion of ’Bharathanatyam’ and ‘Mohiniyattam’, in the US, since 2001, was initiated into Bharathanatyam and Carnatic music, at the age of 3, by her Guru, Smt. MS Sheela.
At the age of 12, she started her training in Mohiniyattam under KalamandalamAshokan. She has performed on various stages all over India, Middle East and the USA. Currently, she has dedicated herself to dancing exclusively within temples and selected festivals such as ‘From the Horse’s Mouth’ and the Indo American Arts Council’s ‘Erasing Borders Festival of Indian Dance’.
Based in Austin, Texas, she is also the founder of ’Tat TvamAsi’, an art organization that produces and hosts a handpicked selection of shows featuring prominent classical dancers from India.
Sreedevi Deepu is the granddaughter of one of India’s finest dancers, (the Late) Guru PadmasreeKalamandalam Krishnan Nair and (the Late) Guru KalamandalamKalyanikuttyAmma (considered the mother of Mohiniyattam in the form we see it today), and the daughter of Malayalam Movie actor KalashalaBabu. She has started studying Mohiniyattam at the age of 4, from her Aunts Smt: Kala Vijayan and Smt: SreedeviRajan (Recipients of Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy Awards). She has done her arangettam at the age of 5 in Mohiniyattam and has learned Bharatanatyam too from her Aunts.
Sreedevi Deepu has made several dance performances with her Aunts and cousin SmithaRajan. She also has teaching experience of more than a decade.
