"BHAKTI SUDHA - Devotional singing by children"

This program is to encourage devotional singing in young children, through which giving them an opportunity to bring out their talents.

Children enjoy group activities. Singing in group will help them to get rid of their stage fear also.

Our community is blessed with talented children, parents and teachers. In order to give them an opportunity to present their talents and create a devotional atmosphere, HTCT will hold the first ‘Bhakti Sudha’ program for children on Saturday, May 8th, 2010, from10:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m.

Format of the program

1. Group bhajan singing by children
2. Rendering of kirtanams- solo or in small groups

The above items could be accompanied by instruments like violin, mrudangam , tabla or others- PROGRAM EXCLUSIVELY BY CHILDREN.

PARTICIPANTS: AGES 3-12 YEARS

Time for each group will be limited to 10 mts; for individual singing of keertanams -5mts

The program will conclude with chanting of ‘Hanuman chālēsā’ by all participants together.
